Под данными мы понимаем текущие динамические показатели деятельности людей. Для государственных организаций были разработаны многочисленные устройства хранения баз данных, задача которых объединить данные разнообразных сервисов для того, чтобы установить закономерности, а также определить и оценить эффективность деятельности отдельного человека или группы людей. С приходом к власти «новых лейбористов» в Великобритании разработка подобных устройств стала частью широкой государственной политики, которую называют «объединенным мышлением и управлением». При анализе этой политики под «объединением» понимается операция по сведению вместе распределенных данных о субъектах, которые затем могут быть использованы для осуществления государственного контроля, составления баз данных и накопления информационного капитала. По нашему мнению, задачи таких устройств отражают не техническая и управленческая аналитика, а топологические аналитические материалы - они материализуют «индивидуальность» субъекта в утрированной, распределенной и неустойчивой форме, а также материализуют и усиливают логику, которую Делез назвал «модуляцией контроля». На примере программ «новых лейбористов» в области социальной политики за последние десять лет мы выявляем, что топологические аналитические материалы указывают на регулярные, а не случайные характеристики баз данных, которые, в свою очередь, выступают неотъемлемой частью государственной логики и онтологии субъектов.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Agar J.
